The Quebec Potato Growers' Federation is responsible for organizing the collective marketing of potatoes produced by its 400 grower members. The growers income and general conditions are improved by the Federation's involvement in quality improvement, environmental protection, promotion, price setting and negotiation of marketing agreements with packers and processors.
